Latest deal set to enhance global growth trajectory of provider behind new marketing jackpots feature

February 7th, 2024: Light & Wonder, Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, “Light & Wonder,” “L&W” or the “Company”) has made a strategic investment into leading no-code automation platform Flows, in a move that will accelerate growth and scale up operations for the growing technology provider.

Light & Wonder has already enjoyed success utilising Flows’ groundbreaking technology, delivering a new operator-funded marketing jackpots feature which adds significant value for partners and has plans for further releases in the coming months.

Through this strategic investment Light & Wonder is empowering Flows to enter a slew of new markets and scale up its operations, accelerating the potential for significant worldwide growth.

By leveraging advanced automation software, Flows supports businesses by speeding up development and simplifying integrations, ensuring operational efficiency without the complexities of traditional coding. Thanks to this backing, Flows is set to supercharge its product development process with the promise of a faster rollout of new features and solutions.

Flows recently launched its groundbreaking voice-activated tool, which utilises voice or text activations to build complex omnichannel jackpots from speech or text. Marking a new era in software creation, the revolutionary tool harnesses voice technology, automation, and advanced AI language models.

The new agreement builds on an established relationship, with Light & Wonder expediting key features and applications in its marketing jackpot feature available across its operator network.

Dylan Slaney, CEO iGaming at Light & Wonder, said:

“Having witnessed the power of Flows’ world-class technology through its network jackpots feature, it was a logical next step to invest in its dynamic platform.
