Yorlet secures £350K Seed investment led by Goldsmith Ventures

Yorlet,‘the Shopify of property’ lands £350K funding led by Goldsmith Ventures 

Funding 

London-based Lettings & Fintech platform, Yorlet, this week announced a £350k seed round. Led by Goldsmith Ventures, this latest raise follows a highly profitable 2021 and will contribute towards the continued growth of the company and customer-base. 

Founders 

Yorlet was founded by good friends Max Cartwright (CEO) and Will Stenhouse (CTO) born out of the frustration they experienced as tenants whilst living together. 

Growth

– £20m+ payments volume 2021 

– Customer base grown 120% YoY 

– 100% customer retention 

Use of funds 

The raise will support Yorlet to continue their growth towards a Series A with plans to grow the product, engineering and sales teams. Yorlet has ambitions to become the leading provider of software and payments to the £85b U.K. rental market with market-leading customers across all verticals.

Founded by podcaster and former founder James Pringle, Goldsmith Ventures is launching an EIS fund in April 2022 and Yorlet is one of a handful of deals Goldsmith Ventures has invested in ahead of the fund launching.
