Recruitment SMART secures £400k Seed Follow On investment from Future Fund

AI HRTech Startup Recruitment Smart raises £400 K Pre-Series A funding round from Future Fund to expand HR Digital solution

Recruitment Smart has so far hired shortlisted 200,000 candidates in Europe, Asia and Middle east and the AI algorithm can predict the best hires for organizations.

LONDON: Recruitment Smart is a London based HR Tech startup building next generation talent solution powered by Artificial intelligence and machine learning. The flagship product SniperAI helps organizations to effectively find, qualify and hire the best talent before their competition. This tool become especially important to handle significant wave of applicants when the uncertainty of pandemic settles to reveal a new work reality.

The current process of talent acquisition is manual which is costly and slow. In addition the manual process of hiring are more difficult than ever due to Covid related lockdowns. The manual process induce bias and is inefficient. As a response to COVID, Recruitment Smart has also launched a Covid-19 offering to help impacted individuals, impacted organisations and hiring
organizations to improve hiring agility.

Recruitment Smart has a strong team that is fueling the growth, with Co-Founders Pawan Lokwani and Yusuf Jazakallah and Finance Director Khalid Memon, who have given strong foundation to the company as they come with consulting and technology background having worked with EY, IBM and KPMG and strong domain experience in HR market. The startup already works with number of enterprise clients globally like Capgemini, Alfuttiam Group, Siam Cement group etc and have partnership with SAP, Oracle, Cornerstone product solutions in HR domain. The startup has been supported by existing European investors – Alfabeat, Force over mass, HR Tech partnership.

To further bolster the growth, company has raised bridge funding of £400K from the Future Fund has led the round along with British Business Bank. The funds will be utilized to build global sales teams for future growth.

Among them, Northern Tech Awards and edocr.com were acquired by GP Bullhound and Accusoft, Inc respectively. Today, Manoj is building a trusted support network for technology companies. He is working with founding teams to help them accelerate including raising investment and M&A.
