Sorwe Receives Seed Investment to Revolutionise Employee Experience with $3.2M Valuation
Sorwe, which gathers all strategic people management and company-specific intranet applications for a better employee experience and real-time people analytics, receives its seed investment from TechOne, Startup Wise Guys and Selahattin Zoralioğlu.
Sorwe to offer a gamified employee experience by digitalising all people processes in a single app, received $500K investments with a valuation of $3.2M for the seed round led by TechOne Fund, with the participation of Startup Wise Guys and Angel Investor Selahattin Zoralioğlu. Founded by Emrah Ertürk, Emre Üner and Ergin Ertürk in 2018, Sorwe was selected to the UK’s Global Entrepreneurship Program in 2019 and continues its journey as a global startup with its London and Istanbul offices. Sorwe provides actionable analytics by collecting real-time anonymous behavioural data and understands what employees think and feel. It creates high engagement through gamification and ensures that everyone stays connected within the organization, even remote working.
Sorwe has more than 60,000 users in 7 countries and increases employee engagement in companies on average by 25% while reducing employee turnover by 8%. Enabling employees to share their voice and offering personalised career growth are the reasons behind the high active usage.
