CENTRED acquires Roxstar and adds Roxy Robinson as Head of Lifestyle & Travel 

CENTRED bucks trend to make acquisition during COVID-19 pandemic and brings on C-level executive

London, 7th December 2020 – CENTRED, the global travel start-up, which connects travellers with curated health and fitness partners around the world, has acquired Roxstar, the specialist luxury travel and concierge service, which offers privileged access to the best deals in luxury travel and events globally. As part of the acquisition, Roxy Robinson CEO of Roxstar has joined CENTRED as Head of Lifestyle and Travel.

Bucking global downwards trends for the travel industry in 2020, CENTRED has made this major acquisition, demonstrating its faith in the sector. Following the acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, CENTRED’s customers will now be able to access personalised travel opportunities and experience a variety of private and corporate opportunities with Roxstar’s network of partner hotels, which include Hyatt Hotels, W Hotels and Jumeriah to name a few. 

The acquisition of Roxstar means its CEO, Roxy Robinson joins CENTRED as Head of Lifestyle and Travel. Roxy brings a wealth of business acumen to CENTRED, having run various different businesses since the age of 17. She has been nominated for First National Bank’s Businesswoman of the Year in 2017 and 2019 and SMD Businesswoman of the Year in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
