RedAir (t/a CENTRED) secures £1 million Seed investment led by T9L

5th November, 2020. London, UK – CENTRED, the global travel startup connecting travellers with curated health and fitness partners around the world, has raised $1.3M in a first round of funding. The money raised will allow the business to build out its initial product offering, planned to go live in November 2020. 

The seed round was led by T9L, with participation from YesVentures in April, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. As such the funding round took place entirely over Zoom, and raised the money needed to enable CENTRED in building its digital platform, website, booking system, marketing program, and all tech onboarding services. CENTRED is now in the process of raising A Series. 

CENTRED was founded in early 2020 by Brian Chappon, serial entrepreneur and CEO. It serves as a one-stop digital concierge where members can easily access personalised recommendations for fitness studios, spas, telemedicine, restaurants, excursions, retailers, and lounges in more than 200 cities worldwide. With Coronavirus still a worry for global travellers, it will put wellness at the core of every member’s journey, offering them curated experiences that they can trust. 

At launch, CENTRED’s partners include top travel, fitness and wellness brands across the globe, including DragonPass, TechnoGym and Evolution Wellness. Alongside this CENTRED’s partners will also include top emerging brands as part of their goal to support and drive revenue for small businesses during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. was founded in 2005 by Fahad Moti Khan, and now has a team of over 50 professionals working strategy, brand, UI/UX, mobile and web development, data sciences, testing and fund advisory. Since it’s pivot to a Startup Studio in 2014, T9L has helped launch 37 companies generating a cumulative portfolio valuation in the approximation of $600 million, 8M+ number of app downloads, 12M+ number of users, 4 exits and zero shutdown.
